How do I choose the phase type and connection?

How do M2 and M4 differ?
M2 supports AU470 and RS485 networking, with an RS485/AU470 transparent gateway function. M4 is an RS485 wired slave node. Both need a master device to collect data for cloud access.
Does M3 need a gateway?
M3 has built-in 4G Cat1 for direct cloud access. Check local cellular bands, signal at the installation point and the SIM data plan.
What should I prepare before asking for a quote?
Provide the country or region, number of rooms or circuits, phase type and cabling conditions. For existing meters, distribution boards or management systems, include models, photos or interface requirements.
Are prepayment and remote switching available?
The M2–M4 product designs include local balance storage, offline deduction and relay control. These functions need compatible platform, master and firmware versions. M1 uses its control output to drive an external three-phase contactor, which switches the main circuit.

How are installation and support arranged?
The quotation defines responsibility for site work, commissioning, spares, repairs and remote support. Electrical wiring must follow the version-specific wiring documents and be completed by personnel qualified locally.
