Wired and wireless networking
M2 connects to an M1 master through AU470 or RS485 for central cloud access. Use RS485 where cabling is possible. Where it is not, test AU470 coverage before choosing wireless.
Interfaces and supporting equipment
An internal AU470 antenna and one RS485 A/B pair on the right side. The RS485/AU470 transparent gateway function requires a compatible master version and communication configuration. This page covers DCZD M2470 (M2).

Provide the room count, distribution-board layout, communication distances and cabling conditions. Include the model and version of any existing master.
